I love helping survivors of narcissistically abusive relationships and emotionally immature parenting reclaim their lives. I also enjoy working with folks navigating transitions: relationship status, work life, immigration, sobriety, or growing from an older adult into self-reflective elder.
Another one of my passions is helping people prepare for and make the most of medicine work. My avocation as a writer makes me a good fit for creatives looking to tend and befriend the fears that stifle creativity. My PhD in cultural anthropology informs my sensitivity to the impact of oppressive social structures on our lives. My background in environmental activism opened my heart to climate grief and taught me the importance of holding space for the sorrows of the world.
I see honoring our unacknowledged grief as the core of this work; tending to our losses opens us up to possibility, presence and joy.
