I’m a Clinical Psychologist who believes healing begins with a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can safely explore the patterns of emotions, thoughts, and behaviours that have shaped your life. I value honesty and will help bring awareness to patterns you may not yet recognize, as insight is often the first step toward meaningful change.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is the foundation of my work, which I integrate with other evidence-based therapies. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic illness, and questions of identity and purpose.

Our struggles often make sense when we understand the protective parts that developed in response to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll build a compassionate relationship with these parts, helping you heal, reduce inner conflict, and cultivate greater clarity, confidence, and self-leadership.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy dancing, hiking, reading, and exploring the world. This nurtures my curiosity about what it means to be human and the many paths toward growth.
