Charlene supports children, teens, adults, and parents in navigating life’s challenges while building resilience, confidence, and deeper self-understanding. She believes healing happens through feeling safe, understood, and genuinely connected, and creates a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
Taking a holistic, neuroaffirming, and client-centred approach, Charlene looks beyond symptoms to understand the emotions, patterns, relationships, and nervous system responses shaping a client’s experience. She thoughtfully integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), art and play-based therapy, and nervous system-informed approaches to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Charlene is particularly passionate about supporting youth and families and works collaboratively with parents and caregivers to strengthen connection, confidence, and emotional regulation. She holds master’s degrees in Social Work and Psychology and brings additional experience in psychological assessment, research, and therapeutic group facilitation.
