Adrienne Spring

I work with people who want to understand the internal patterns shaping their relationship with money, work, visibility and growth.

Using Internal Family Systems and somatic approaches, I help clients explore the parts behind things like overworking, avoidance, perfectionism, burnout, fear of being seen, difficulty receiving, and the push-pull that can happen when one part wants more while another is trying to keep things safe.

I have a particular interest in Money Parts work (aka the parts that shape our relationship with money) and in supporting people with the inner side of building a sustainable practice, career or business – including self-trust, visibility, boundaries, ambition and the nervous-system capacity required for growth.

My style is warm, curious, practical and direct. I’m interested in helping people build healthier relationships with money, business and success, without sacrificing themselves in the process.

*I also use The Smaller Method, an approach I developed around creating meaningful change through smaller steps that stay within your nervous system & parts’ capacity.
